What to do in case of damaged packages?

1. Please inform the shipping carrier about the damaged items. Additionally, notify The Epic Weed Supply regarding the damaged shipment within 24 hours of receipt.

Compile a list of the damaged items and take photographs of the affected goods, then email this information to us. Upon receiving your email, The Epic Weed Supply will contact the shipping carrier. After the carrier has collected the damaged items and conducted an inspection, a replacement will be arranged.
