A tracking link is sent to you via text message, enabling real-time monitoring of your order. Additionally, you will receive text notifications that update you on the status of your order.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a text message containing a link that notifies you that your order is ready for collection. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and click the link in the message to provide your vehicle details, enabling our staff to find you easily.

We welcome all individuals aged 21 and over for recreational purposes, regardless of whether they possess a valid form of identification.

To maintain our commitment to exceptional convenience and access to premium cannabis products, our delivery service has a minimum purchase requirement of $100.

You will receive an email confirmation indicating that your order is prepared for pick-up. Upon your arrival at the store, kindly present your order confirmation email to the security personnel at the entrance. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that after a two-hour holding period, your item may be made available to other customers. If you collect your order by the close of business, we will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, certain items may not be in stock.

All sales are considered final; however, we do provide exchanges or refunds exclusively for defective items or products that were expired at the time of purchase. The decision regarding returns and exchanges is at the discretion of the Manager on Duty.

Veterans can enjoy a 20% discount on their orders every Military Monday, applicable to in-store purchases, pickup orders, and delivery orders.

To cancel your order after submitting it online, scroll to the bottom of your order and click on ‘cancel order’. Alternatively, you can go to the ‘Order History’ tab located at the top right of the screen, next to the cart icon, and choose ‘cancel order’ from there.

Curbside pickup is offered around the clock, seven days a week.

There is no minimum order requirement, and we offer free delivery for purchases exceeding $150. For orders below this amount, a fee of $20 will apply.

Our menu is dynamic and reflects the offerings from our vendors. Some vendors opt to cultivate specific strains consistently, while others prefer a more varied selection. We are committed to delivering the highest quality flowers to our patients. Therefore, we ensure that our patients receive the finest flowers available, whether they are our regular selections or exceptional new strains.
